Monthly Workshop Event : Networking in Wisdom Circles
Do you have anxiety over your current work situation? Are you looking for that next job and feeling overwhelmed by the search? Or are you finding the demands of work and home life stressful ?
Come and learn an authentic way to connect with others for support. There are so many creative ideas from a group to develop strategies to life challenges. Participants will have the opportunity to share their challenges and get suggestions. We will also have a chance to learn techniques from yoga and meditation to reduce stress, improve focus and help create a more balanced lifestyle.
Date: Starts 3/22/10, ongoing group 4th Monday each month
